Sturdy.
They snug up pretty good & secure on my Brawny, although the front guard side arms needed a bit of tweeking on the end angle to get the screws tight.
Attaching the rear Velowave bag was quite a struggle getting it secured tightly with the bottom Velcro straps underneath the rack. It should have instructions of their intended method or redesign the straps.
