This bike was easy to assemble, carefully packed, and the components are top notch. My wife is absolutely tickled with it!!

I highly recommend this ebike after riding it for going on 2 years now. I have added some personal modifications to make it mine I crank it around 20MPH on average with no problem. I came packaged well and I had it up and running in about 30 minutes. This bike puts a smile on my face every time I get on it.

This bike has been my commute solution, and a true car replacement for me, it’s never failed me, not in rain, mud, snow, or ice, I highly recommend this bike!

My friend and I both own a velowave ghost mountain bike and love it. After a year and a half of use, 1300 miles (My Bike) & 1500 miles (My Friend), we started having a cracking and popping sound. We contacted Velowave support and determined we needed to replace the center bearings assembly on both bikes. I want to Velowave and the China manufacturing facility for assisting me in obtaining the correct parts. The parts, peddle shaft and bearings assembly, were received 8/4/23 and installed 8/5/23. The E-Bikes are operating smooth with no noise. We are on the road again!😎

I am very impressed with this Proda S electric bike. Very easy to complete the assembly, even for novices, as most is done for you already. All necessary tools (top notch) are included in the top notch packaging. Even instructions as to how to unpack.
This is my second e-bike as I bought this one for my wife. We are both 66 years old and live in a hilly region.
I finished assembly and started it up after charging battery to full. Everything worked flawlessly. Easy to read onboard display. Display is not cluttered with nonsense, and easily read in sunshine.
The adjustable seat is a breeze to position. The brakes are sure, and I love the hydraulic disc brakes.
The frame is well made, and the step through makes is very easy to mount.
Accessories if you wish are prepped to receive the product,as screws are already mounted on the bike, even for an added battery if you wish to purchase.
I am writing this after my first ride and so far I am very impressed.

I’ve had the bike three weeks. Put on 170 miles from the steepest grades (6%) and slopes to flat paved and gravel roads. The bike moves very well and is responsive. The assist from levels 1 to 5 fits my needs. At 5 it will go up the steepest hill at 12 to 15 mph. Going down hill on grades I’ve hit 40 mph. I’m 200 lbs and 71 years old. The bike is extremely stable for me. Fair price and have no complaints.

Received my Ghost back in March ‘23 and now having logged more than 540 miles I can say this was a GREAT purchase. Also purchased one for my wife and she too finds this to be so much fun to ride. Longest trip on a charge to date is 42 miles with 23% battery life remaining. I’m not paid for this review but wanted to share real life experience. We contemplated about getting one for quite a while and this proved an outstanding choice. Happy Riding!!!

Husband & I purchased the Prado S ebikes & really enjoying them especially when RVing. Bikes get lots of positive attention. Really nice sturdy construction with fat tires. Had positive experience with Velowave customer service for replacement part. Highly recommend to others!

Bike arrived on time and easy to assemble. No rear light and loud tire noise.

It was so easy to set up and get started. My wife and I both now each have a Velowave. Got her the Rover and I have the Ranger. She Got on it and loved every second of it. Smooth ride and so fast! The step through and it's so comfortable and love the fat tire feel. We can't wait to go around town showing off the coolest things on 2 wheels! So happy we decided to get them!

This bike was beautifully packaged, easy to assemble (if you have some experience with bikes) and made with quality parts.
We have been riding the bike for a week now with no issues.
I own other ebikes and the Prado S is a very good bike. Happy with the purchase.

Overall this bike is an excellent value. One would be hard pressed at the writing of this review to find a bike with these features at this price point. The battery size tires, wheels and fork are all very nice. However, you may want to upgrade a few items. The Seat is not very comfortable. I would have preferred a more unisex shaped seat. The throttle is pretty much on or off and overall lacks a dynamic range that one might find on a more expensive set up. The bike has a forward leaning position, which I did not care for, but this was easily remedied by replacing the handle bar stem with a a shorter one. The motor lacks torque in comparison to a 85nm or greater and much more expensive motor. Again, for the price this is still a good buy. The gearing of transmission is more akin to a road/adventure bike and I found myself wishing for a lower gear to get steep inclines. The brakes are my least favorite part of this bike set up and needed quite a bit of adjusting to be safe. I'm still undecided as to whether I will upgrade the brakes as of yet, but have been considering it.
